Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2025

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using dealaway.co.uk (the "Site") operated by Dealaway ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Dealaway

Dealaway is a free-to-use holiday price comparison service. We help UK consumers compare package holiday prices from major UK travel providers including Jet2 Holidays, TUI, On the Beach, loveholidays, easyJet Holidays and Expedia. We do not sell holidays directly — we direct you to the relevant provider's website to complete your booking.

2. Affiliate Relationships & Commercial Disclosure

Dealaway participates in affiliate programmes, including the AWIN affiliate network. When you click a "View Deal" link and subsequently make a booking with a provider, we may earn a commission. This commission is paid by the provider and does not affect the price you pay. Our comparison results are intended to reflect genuine pricing and are not influenced by affiliate relationships — deals are ranked by price by default.

3. Accuracy of Price Information

We make every effort to ensure that prices and availability shown on Dealaway are accurate. However:

  • Holiday prices change frequently and in real time. Prices displayed on Dealaway may not reflect the current price on the provider's website.
  • Availability is not guaranteed. A deal shown on Dealaway may be sold out or unavailable by the time you visit the provider's site.
  • We do not accept responsibility for any loss arising from reliance on prices or availability shown on this Site.
  • You should always verify the final price and availability directly with the provider before booking.

4. No Booking Service

Dealaway is a comparison service only. We do not take bookings, process payments, or enter into any contract with you in relation to holidays. Any contract for a holiday is formed solely between you and the relevant holiday provider. All booking terms, cancellation policies, ATOL protection and other consumer rights are governed by the provider's own terms and conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without our prior written permission
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its servers
  • Use automated tools to access the Site in a way that places unreasonable demand on our infrastructure
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dealaway website — including text, graphics, logos, design and code — is the property of Dealaway or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission. Provider logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Third-Party Websites

The Site contains links to third-party websites (holiday providers). We have no control over the content, privacy practices or terms of those websites. Clicking a provider link will take you away from Dealaway and you will be subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dealaway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any holiday booking made through a provider link. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
